Yes, customers can easily access full trading report by following the steps below, depending on the platform you are using:

For MT4 / MT5:

1. Log in to your MetaTrader desktop application.

2. Once logged in, click on the “Account History” tab located at the bottom of the screen.

3. Within the Account History section, right-click and select “Custom Period.”

4. Choose the desired date range you would like to view.

5. Right-click again and select “Save as Report” or “Save as Detailed Report.”

6. Choose the location on your computer where you would like to save the file.

7. The report will then be saved and will automatically open for your review.

For the ACY Trading Platform:

1. Log in to acy.trader using your Client Portal credentials.

2. Click on “History.”

3. Select the date range you wish to review.

4. Click “Export.”

5. The statement will be automatically downloaded as a file to your device.
