This is usually because the charts only show bid price and not historical ask prices. For entry into a long position or exit out from a short position, your executed price is based on ask price. Since the historical ask prices are not showing on the chart, in some circumstances, you may not find your executed price on the MT4 chart. If you need further explanation, please contact us.
