If this happens, we may reset your account balance to zero, ensuring your maximum loss is limited to the funds you have deposited. For Australian Wholesale/Sophisticated Investors, Negative Balance Protection is offered as a one-time courtesy.
For clients from other jurisdictions, rebalance request is subject to approval. If your trading activity is found to have breached our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to reject your rebalance request.
