Credit card withdrawals are only available if you have previously made a deposit using a credit card.
You may submit your withdrawal request via the ACY Client Portal https://acy.cloud/ by following these steps:
Go to “Cash Management”
Select “Withdrawal”
Choose your payment method and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your application
Kindly be advised that the withdrawal amount via credit card is limited to the total amount originally deposited using that method.
Withdrawal requests submitted before 9:00 PM AEST (GMT+8) will be processed on the same day. Requests received after this cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.
