A Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) is a formal agreement that authorises a fund manager to trade on your behalf within the parameters of a managed account service such as a MAM (Multi-Account Manager) account. It grants the fund manager permission to execute trades on your trading account but does not give them access to withdraw or transfer funds.
