You can withdraw funds from your ACY Trading Platform account at any time through the client portal. The process is quick and straightforward. Please follow the steps below to submit your withdrawal request:
• Log in to the client portal at https://acy.cloud
• Navigate to “Cash Management”
• Select “Withdrawal”
• Choose your preferred payment method and follow the prompts to complete the request
Please note that withdrawal applications submitted before 9:00 PM AEST (GMT+8) are typically processed on the same day. Requests received after this time will be processed on the next business day.
