As a client of ACY Securities, you are required to maintain a minimum required amount of Margin before issuance of a Contract.
If your Account Equity level only covers 100% or less of the Margin Requirement, you are on margin call. You will receive an auto-notification via the Trading Platform.
If your Equity only covers 50% of the Margin Requirement for your open positions, your worst offending Position (the contract with the largest loss) will be automatically closed out at the first price available.

In the image below, you can see the margin level is under 100%. You can access this by viewing the Trade tab of the Trading Platform Terminal.
To enable push notifications to your platform and mobile phone, follow the instructions below.
1.Click on Tools > Options
2.Click on the 'Notifications' tab. Then tick the box 'Enable Push Notifications'.
3.You will need to grab your MetaQuotes ID, which is available from the mobile version of your platform.

5.Once your push notifications are setup, you will receive your notifications similar to the margin call notification example below.
